About me
Practitioner, communicator and connector
I come from practice. For more than 25 years I have worked in development cooperation, with project experience in Palestine, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Sudan, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. I teach, write and speak about what works in this field — and about what the sector prefers to talk its way around.
For some years now a second question has occupied me: what can Bitcoin change? In fundraising for non-profits and for people in the Global South who have no reliable access to functioning money and financial systems.
I like the subjects that make people frown first — and look closer later.
